On Saturday, April 27, Mani Tese was awarded the “don Tonino Bello” Peace and Solidarity Prize in Tortoreto.
“An honor to have participated in such an important event and to have received this important award,” are the words of Samuele Degli Innocenti, Director of Mani Tese, who collected the award on behalf of the NGO, in the very year that Mani Tese celebrates its 60th anniversary.
Peace and solidarity have always been part of Mani Tese’s commitment to justice, which, among its many activities, is now again committed to supporting Law 185/90, promoted in the past together with other associations including @BancaEtica , to defend transparency on Italian arms exports.
