The web series “Businesses to grow together in Burkina Faso” is online on the Mani Tese YouTube channel, a collection of 20 videos (with Italian and French subtitles) which aims to tell, through images and words, the stories of the 20 selected companies from the project “Innovative social enterprises and migrants participation for social inclusion in Burkina Faso”. These are the voices of the new entrepreneurs supported by Mani Tese who, with their activities, contribute to creating a sustainable quality agri-food chain in the country.
The project, co-financed by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) and Maria Enrica Foundation, aims to contribute to improving the living conditions of the rural population in Burkina Faso by promoting the development of productive, entrepreneurial and innovative activities, enhancing local and agroecological agricultural production and promoting the involvement of women, young people and migrants in Italy. The project also aims to promote the quality products of small local producers who are hardly able to place themselves on the market.
