Tax deductibility
Donations to ETS, such as Mani Tese, are deductible for an amount up to 30.000,00 euros; while donations exceeding this amount can be deducted up to 2% of the declared business income. Or they can be deducted for an amount not exceeding 10% of the total declared income and in any case up to a maximum of 70.000,00 euros per year (art. 14 paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 35/05 converted into law no. 80 of 14/05/2005).
