For a more equitable world

A commitment to justice since 1964

Justice is a right for all people and it only materialises when fundamental rights are ensured: to food, to equality, to education, to freedom.

This is why we work every day alongside the populations of the South of the world. through cooperation projects aimed at creating an autonomous and sustainable economy and, at the same time, raising awareness and educating on solidarity and inclusion social with interventions in schools, with events and participatory initiatives.

A future of justice is the only possible future, for the good of all.

What sets us apart

Our values

Justice and fairness
Mani Tese's action is first and foremost a commitment to justice, driven by the belief that poverty and inequalities are the result of specific historical causes and the maintenance of the current economic model.
Sobriety and sustainable lifestyles
The value and practice of sobriety are signs of sharing with the excluded and a necessary social choice for sustainable development from an economic, political and environmental perspective.
Solidarity and social equality
The elimination of inequalities and poverty is a necessary condition for social development and is pursued through lively exchange relationships with associations, communities and grassroots movements in the North and South of the world.
Nonviolence
Mani Tese believes in the power of nonviolence as a new path towards economic and social development and as an effective method of action to achieve real and shared changes.
Cooperation and sustainability
These are the two key words of Mani Tese's action strategy. Closely linked because they are part of the same process, which intertwines projects in the South of the world with commitment in the North for a profound change in society.
Transparency first

Mani Tese adheres to the values
of the Italian NGO Association

At Mani Tese we believe that the world can change starting from ourselves.
In our daily choices and actions we try to put into practice a lifestyle and a commitment to justice, solidarity and inclusion.

"It's a commitment that started a long time ago and we have no intention of stopping."

Joseph Stanganello, President of Mani Tese
