The large family of Mani Tese is made up of many entities, all united in a common commitment to justice.
Mani Tese is a system promoted and coordinated by the NGO and made up of various subjects in Italy and abroad. It works on the issues of the right to food, environmental justice, human rights and the fight against educational poverty, combining an international project with an Italian and local declination.

The governance of Mani Tese ETS is based on free participation and the effective valorization and involvement of all its volunteers in the planning, operational and decision-making processes.

Mani Tese ETS has equipped itself with a structure divided into three Departments that sees decentralization as a strategic step. The departments respond to the General Manager. The Organization is also now composed of regional coordinators for each area of intervention (West Africa, East Africa, Latin America, Asia, Italy and Europe), whose aim is to involve the recipients of the projects more in the actions that interest them.
