On Thursday 10 September, at the Universidade Licungo of Quelimane and in the presence of representatives of the Government, civil society organizations, project partners – such as the NGO ICEI – and owners of hotels and bars, the recipe book “Sabores da Zambézia ”, that is Flavors of Zambézia, was presented.

A project born on site, and carried out in collaboration with the operators of Mani Tese in Italy, with the aim of promoting the agroecological products of Zambézia and telling their story, from land to table.

Ascensão Chauchane, an official of the Municipality of Quelimane who follows the activities of the Rural Quelimane project, declared that the cookbook will be a legacy for future generations and Brígida de Oliveira Singo, Vice Rector of the Universidade Licungo, has renewed the availability to collaborate with Mani Tese in the hope that new projects will be launched.

After being presented, the book is now also available online here: https://www.manitese.it/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/libro-ricette-sabores-da-zambezia-mozambico-doppia-mani-tese-2020.pdf
